Designing

Our engineers can create industrial designs for your requested steel products professionally and cheap. Connecting up to 3 engineers, to work on the one project, at the same time, reduce time frame significantly. By your request, we can:

– rework received 3D models production files.

– make a design from scratch

– make a design according to customer sketches or existing samples.

Designing is done via Autodesk Inventor professional software. Our experienced engineers will offer you best designs for your needs. During the designing, we calculate the strength of assemblies, this allows us to choose the necessary material and geometry without overpaying for inappropriately used materials.

In case the customer already have a ready 3D model, we can easily rework it into production files by making 2d drawings and DXF files. Excel files also are created, which help to follow up the execution of the project and create reports to customer.

During the years we successfully realised various projects: processing equipment, screw conveyors, conveyors, automation equipment. Received experience for food, feed, wood, mining and other industries. Our own ready-made design for self-made screw conveyors, conveyors, hoppers (buffers) and other standard products. In recent years, non-standard mobile platforms and ladders, which we produce individually for each customer, have been very popular.

When making a design according to the customer’s samples or sketches, we take into account all received information, listen to the client’s advice and share our ideas how it would be most appropriate to create the design.

With regards to the designing prices we agree at the beginning of the project as for piece work. This allows our clients to plan project costs in advance, price changes can be applied only if technical task is changed.
